Application is hereby made for a Temporary Certificate of Zoning Compliance, as required under the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Hanover, Illinois.  Certificate of Compliance: Certificate Required--No building or structure hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be occupied and used until a certificate of compliance has been issued by the Zoning Administrator.  The certificate of compliance shall be issued only after the Zoning Administrator makes a finding that the building or structure has been erected or structurally altered in conformance with the provisions of this ordinance and other health and building laws and in accordance with a building permit;
